Once you paid for a Kingfisher subscription or credits, your Kingfisher account will reflect the amount you've paid in Bitcoin. Once the Bitcoin balance goes from "Pending" to "Balance", you can proceed and make the purchase again, it will now be validated.
Go to "My Invoices" and find the btcPay invoice you've paid, it will likely be marked as "payment incomplete". Reach out to the support with the link to that invoice and it'll be sorted out.
When paying with altcoins, you need to make sure withdrawal fees (if any) are included in the amount you pay to the receiving address (if the receiving address receives less than expected, it won't validate the invoice). If there are issues reach out to the support.
